Projects.

During the Covid pandemic, I transitioned my fitness coaching practice into writing and exploring new opportunities in wellbeing, mental health, and education. Rediscovering letters from my time at boarding school prompted deep reflection on both formative and seemingly minor experiences that shaped my identity. While I’ve developed strong coping strategies and confidence, I’ve also encountered emotional triggers tied to early life experiences—particularly situations beyond my control that still echo today.

My writing invites others to reflect with questions such as: What did you internalise at school to fit in? Are there lingering health concerns—mental or physical—you tend to ignore? How might you encourage openness in others? And, can you truly trust your body to communicate its needs?

Across a diverse career—from Creative Director of Performing Arts and Lead Research Practitioner on the MoLeNET Project, to Apprenticeship Coordinator and NVQ Assessor/Verifier—I’ve supported a wide range of clients using tailored coaching, evaluation, and development strategies.

Now working as a Health and Wellness Life Coach, I continue to expand my qualifications, including mental health certifications and current training in dietetics and nutrition (RSPH), allowing me to offer a more holistic, personalised approach to wellbeing.
