As well as providing a menu of wellness packages for individuals and small groups, GiGi FitPro offers scheduled fitness sessions where everyone’s welcome to join in.

There will be kettle bell and circuit training sessions to improve strength and stamina, and for full body workout. Or we’ll head outside for a walk or jog in the park, and we’ll even offer dance exercise classes for fun, fitness and overcoming two left feet!
